Cell track for Motorola

With a long list of features you want and only a few that you don't, there is no better budget phone than Motorola's Moto G5 Plus. The Moto G4 Plus adds a fingerprint sensor and slightly better camera to the mix, but its cheaper sibling is still the better deal.

How to Stop Your Phone From Tracking You

More than just a pretty face, the Razr V3 backs up its radical design with solid features and good performance. The Moto G5 is the phone to get if you want an everyday phone for as little possible, but if you want higher-end features like NFC then go for the G5 Plus. Motorola's step-up sequel to the Moto Z2 has great features and solid design, but the competition in this price range is about to get fierce.

While in screen quality and storage capacity it lags behind rival superphones, the Moto X's superbly compact and comfortable design, whiz-bang voice controls, and long battery life make it a worthy Android contender. The Motorola Droid X makes another fine addition to Verizon's Android family, bringing with it a rich multimedia experience and more connectivity features.

The more advanced of Motorola's extremely affordable C phones has a more powerful camera and better screen. It's great to see Motorola move away from the classic Razr V3 design with this mobile, also known as the Motorizr Z8. The awkward-to-use keypad, however, really lets the phone down. The RAZR2 is a pleasing sequel to the V3, and should invigorate interest in what is now a hallmark franchise for Motorola. Motorola's fast, stylish Droid Razr Maxx HD offers outstanding battery life, but its camera captures unimpressive images.

The Moto E delivers in enough of the right areas to make it a fantastic option for a tight budget. The Moto X Play's blend of everything you'd expect from a higher-end smartphone with a customisable waterproof design and a great price makes it a superb midrange phone.

You can access your YouTube history, your web history, your voice activity, and more from the "Account History" screen in the Google Settings app. Your YouTube searches and plays are diligently saved in your YouTube history, all in the name of helping YouTube serve up better search results and recommended video clips. The list comprises searches from any device that's signed into your Google account.

To remove an individual search from the list, tap its three-dot menu button, then tap Remove from Search history. You can also tap the Clear all search history button to delete the entire list. Sorry, you can't just zap part of your history, as you can with your Google web and voice history.

To see the history of YouTube videos you've actually played: From your YouTube search history, tap the Watch History button near the top of the screen to switch to a list of your played YouTube videos.

Here's perhaps the creepiest way in which Android keeps track of what you're doing—or, in this case, where you've been. If you give Google the go-ahead, Android can keep tabs on the location of your various devices, periodically pinging Google's servers with the position of your Android phones and tablets—even when you're not actively using your devices. You can even pull up a map showing where for example your Android phone's been on any given day.

So, what's the point of all this? According to Google, your "location history" helps apps like Google Now to be more prescient when it comes to, say, letting you know how long your commute is going to be, or which restaurants are on the way home, or what's playing at a nearby movie theater. Tap Google Location History , then uncheck any or all of the devices whose location you don't want to be shared.
