Digital Balance allows you to set usage limits for your device. To do this go to Settings , tap Digital Balance and enable Screen time management. Everything is working except I don't get notifications on my Fitbit. I'm really frustrated. It states on the site it works with android 7.

It says notification service not running. A phone start is required to reenable notifications on your tracker. See if you have it yet.
