I just got the phone today and very disappointed to discover that my fitbit will not work on it. I do not use the computer to keep track of my fitbit as I do not have access to my computer all the time. Same for me. Went to a store and asked if the phone and the charge 3 are compatible and I was told there was no problem because the A50 comes with android 9 and bluetooth 5. Now after 4 months nothing is working anymore. No synching, therefore no notifications, incorrect time, no alarm clock I'm frustrated! The support told me to follow like steps but nothing worked. I was told to use a 'compatible device' then. Funny, I just got a new phone and because it's not working with the Charge 3 I'm just buying one of the phones from the 'compatible' list. Thinking about switching to Samsung, I can't use the charge 3 anymore because there is no way to make it synch.
