Hi have the same issue with my OnePlus 6, only solution I found is to delete Fitbit app on my cell and Fibit Bluetooth connection, I have many apps working well with my OnePlus 6, ex Fossil application for Smartwatch and I never experiment notifications issue, honestly I think Fitbit need to engage better developpers for maintaint their app. Everyone looking to have their notifications working again on their Fitbit, Check your battery optimisation and turn it off for Fitbit.

Tried switching my device and phone on and off repeatedly reporting, battery optimisation every time I get same answer that restart your phone so that notification tracker starts working.

Please let me know the steps to get ride of the error. As suggested by one of the members in this community, I tried reinstalling the fitbit app as well. Notification worked for 10mins after reinstall of app but, again same notification error started coming again.
