Returned it to Samsung when phone did not recharge and was told it had moisture and was not covered by Samsung under warranty. I argued the phone had been no where near water and that the phone could have only been damaged possibly by high humidity. Samsung rejected this with their people reading the stock standard answers of rebuke.

Their report showed no moistur The phone has never ever been near anything wet etc. There is no way to charge the phone anymore and when I google this fault there are thousands of people with this fault. I will never ever get anything made by Samsung ever again.

I had the phone from new for less than 6 months before I had moisture detected supposedly in the usb.

Thinking maybe I got it wet somehow in my dry pocket, I tried to dry it with all the known methods. Occasionally it would charge and be fine when on, it charged once after that when off. I took it to the store to get it replaced. Was told there was 2 weeks waiting period Telstra and I'd most prob have to pay a fee. I have since bought a new phone.

We would recommend making a booking at one of our Samsung studio so our team can look into this for you Ive never been a person to spend big money on a phone. I buy all my phone's out right and will never spend more than say bucks. When I saw the a20 for sale for around that price I decided to go with it.

By chance I found the Samsung Galaxy A20 - not only was it cheaper than a laptop but it was substantially lighter too which has been fantastic as I suffer from really painful arthritis.

The samsung pad is economical, easy to hold and easy to use. I've had to do a few workarounds as it's not quite the same as a laptop but it's overall miles better and does everything I need.
