Got mine to work a while ago and it's continued to work, messages and calls. I just took everything off my phone and reinstalled from scratch. I have a versa. I have the HR2 and the A I uninstalled my Fitbit App and then reinstalled it on my phone hoping this would fix the problem. I am sure it is because the A20 is a cheaper version of the S series, but being forced to buy a very expensive phone for this simple feature is very frustrating.

I won't be buying a new phone or a New Fit Bit anytime soon, so I suppose I will just deal with it not working. It does sync to my phone with steps and activity, but that is all. My steps and workouts sync, but he messaging and call notifications don't work. They worked with my 7s when I had that, but I broke it.

So I got the A20, not realizing all of the sync. Thanks for that info! I won't be buying that phone.. I've always been an Android user. I might switch to an iPhone. I currently have a j3 emerge..

Report this post Message 76 of That's a big plus for the Samsung Galaxy A20, because it gives you a generous quantity of viewing space, but there is a catch. It's very much a case of getting what you're paying for, but it means that while colours should be vibrant, video and still might just be a little bit blocky.

The Samsung Galaxy A20 uses a "teardrop" style notch on its front display — officially Samsung refers to this as the "Infinity-V" display, but it's a feature we've seen on a number of budget handsets already. Whether or not you like notches is very much a matter of personal preference, but the Galaxy A20 definitely stands out for its near edge-to-edge display.

That is an unusual addition for such a low-cost handset. We've slowly seen dual-lens camera capabilities creep into the budget end of the market, but always with a secondary lens that only serves to add bokeh style effects to your portrait photos. To make matters worse, some of them won't even fire that second lens unless it can detect what it decides is a face. Samsung has taken a different and very welcome approach with the Samsung Galaxy A Alongside its primary 13MP rear lens is a 5MP wide-angle lens, which gives it some scope for landscape photography in its own right.

Actually, it does also have a portrait mode that only kicks in it if detects a face too, but that's an added feature alongside wide-angle shooting.

It's still a budget handset though so don't expect jaw-dropping low-light performance or fast focus. If you want those sorts of photo features out of a Samsung phone, you're better off saving your pennies for a Samsung Galaxy S We're yet to put the Exynos through its paces to see how it compares, but at this price, again, you're more than likely looking at a fair but not stunning performer when it comes to opening apps or running games.

Samsung keeps the price of the Samsung Galaxy A20 low by only shipping it with 32GB of onboard storage and that'll be less once you take into consideration the Android 9 operating system and Samsung's own One UI launcher. One UI is easily the best current Android launcher outside of Google's own UI, with lots of neat hooks into Samsung apps and services onboard.

Thankfully, you can expand out the storage with microSD cards, up to a maximum of GB. Cheap phones typically get small batteries, because it's an easy way to keep costs low. The larger size of the Samsung Galaxy A20 has enabled Samsung to mess with that assumption. It's packing a 4,mAh battery, which is pretty exceptional for a phone in this price bracket. Presuming the Exynos is moderate in its power usage, that should enable it to sail through a day's usage with ease.

While there are some obvious corners cut in the name of that price point, you're also looking at a phone with very appealing camera specifications, a generous battery and nice design, even if it is within a plastic frame.
